On the Tenth Day of Christmas we repaired, sanded and painted the neighborhood swing set that was in complete disrepair. It was fun to work on it as a family and make it look new again.

On the Eleventh Day of Christmas we repaired, sanded and painted the neighborhood swing set that was in complete disrepair.  It was fun to work on it as a family and make it look new again.  Here are Lydia and Jon Michael painting together.

On the Twelfth Day of Christmas our neighborhood had a Family Fun Day where we played many games, enjoyed snacks and had the opportunity to meet some of our neighbours!

On the Twelfth Day of Christmas, our neighborhood had a Family Fun Day where we played many team games, enjoyed snacks and had the opportunity to meet some of our neighbours.  Here’s Abraham with two of his friends from the neighborhood after many hours of playing football (soccer) together!

On January 6th, we celebrate Epiphany by giving gifts to each other as the Wise Men brought gifts to Jesus. Here Abraham is giving Dan his gifts of a Kenyan hat, football jersey, and a new game for the family to play. We ended the night eating our "Treasure Chest" cake, representing the treasures the Wise Men brought to Jesus.

We are all thankful for a wonderful Christmas this year, our first in Kenya!  God certainly blessed us with the privilege of being able to continue our family tradition of celebrating the Twelve Days of Christmas once again.
